01. Is Northgate House safe?
Northgate House is in central Derby on a well-lit street, with 24/7 CCTV across the building and secure entry for residents.

02. Who can my student contact if something goes wrong?
Northgate House has a dedicated on-site team. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Call 01332 890850 or email info@northgatehousederby.co.uk.

03. Are bills predictable?
Yes. Rent is all-inclusive. Electricity, gas, water, heating, Wi-Fi up to 200Mbps and contents insurance are all in one price, so there are no separate utility bills.

04. How much does a room cost?
Studios and ensuite rooms start from approximately £100 per week, all bills included. The team can confirm current prices for the room type and dates you want.

05. Can I attend a viewing with my student?
Yes. Parents and guardians are welcome at viewings. Book through the viewing page or call 01332 890850.

06. What should I ask on a viewing?
Useful things to ask: room availability and price, contract length, deposit and payment plan, security arrangements, on-site team contact hours, and the easiest route to the relevant campus building.
